I tried that area you hit today. I wasn't as lucky as you, but I did manage a handful of buttons and a couple more Indians. My silver streak finally ended at 9 trips to the fields! A new record for me. The area you were in was one of the first areas I detected down there, I must have pulled a 5 gallon bucket full of can slaw out, I'm glad to see it paid off:tongue3:. The ground firmed up nicely as night fell. No more clumping mud on my boots or coil. Just frozen toes and fingers.

Made it worth playing in the mud.

Let me know how it works out. I have my MRI today, then I have to work till 4. I don't think I'll be detecting tonight. But likely tomorrow after work, and of course, Saturday and Sunday. Good luck!
