I'm back after a few months off .
I moved in march and only got my internet connection last week , so I hope I didn't miss something important
I managed to go detecting a little and did find some really old and valuable coins . all of this have been found at the same location , a small wooded hill in the middle of nowhere . needless to say I've been pretty lucky I did some exellent hunts but internet really missed me a lot

the coins date to the first Century BC , and have been struck by the "Longostalètes" tribe ( aera of Narbonne - southern France )

again got to say wow,i have a small bronze age one ,but that looks like it was made to cause some damage.

WOW!! Outstanding finds! I worked outside of Istres in Provance for a while but didn't take my metal detector!! There were so many places that looked like they would have been great places to hunt!!!
