I really can't tell because the picture is blurry but I think I see a mint mark on the reverse of that coin.
Just in case, you may not know, , check that date under magnification. There were 1942 over 41
mis-strikes and they are hard to come by.

It's mintmark is San Fran which I believe is most uncommon of the 3 and also only the philly and Denver mints had 42/1. But man wouldn't have that been great, thanks for the information tho as I am eager to learn and curious.
