Hello nctr,

Welcome to TNet, and thanks for bringing the bottles.

Are the Cokes Pat. D's? They may have a date code on the base, or on the side within 2 inches of the heel.

A great Tip history: The Tip Story

Thanks for the awesome tip info. I'll try to date it tonight. The one coke bottle has 24 48 and the other is 56 45

Great finds, the "lice comb" looking thing is a flower holder. i learned from other TNetters that the holders were placed upside down in the bottoms of vases and flower stems were stuck into them to hold up the arrangement. I found one nearly identical to yours at a 1910 farm house. Happy Hunting, Sub

Nice finds nctrsctr!

Cool bottles.

Thanks for all the great info guys. It's nice to have help for someone new like me. I'll keep you posted on all my new finds!

The typo(I make a lot of them) in the second line of your post really spiked my interest. I have seen a lot of bottles, but never one of those that I knew of! Good finds! Keep digging!
