Beach & Shallow Water Hunting
Hello there fellow treasure hunters. I hit the Treasure Coast beach today for 3 hours. The weather was bad lots of drizzling rain, nice wave action and 3 to 4 foot cuts. Today was the best target action I have had in sometime here on the coast. Found 14 quarters, six nickels, 16 pennies and 15 dimes. I'm sorry I did not have my camera the cuts were pretty nice looking today. The ring could be silver but it has no markings so most likely it is junk. Thanks for looking. You are right! When I first started doing this about 3 years ago there were lots of targets and over time they have diminished. There are more and more people hitting the beaches in my area. I believe the early bird catches the worm. You have to hit it early or late in the evening.
