Badge???

I found this badge? yesterday while detecting in the awesome yard, any help would be great!! The front has the words "Gratia Dei Servatus and what looks like the letters S and V intertwined on the front with the Eagle and crossed canons, the back has 2 people holding an eagle and crossed swords in the shield.
