Got 2 1000.00 bags this week. First time for me, the teller said brinks coin rolling machine was down so they brought bags. looks like they came from a dump at a CU untitled1.webp. 1 beat up dark 40, I only found it on a sound check and then saw it was a 67. did ok on my other 6 boxes 7 proofs 2-64s, 8-40s, and 2 nice Bens a 63 and a 62.

The D.O.B. is for Omega THANKS! My shoulder has been acting up from repetitively opening rolls so I tried Omega's trick of putting the rolls in a bag and banging them a few times, Works Great, I got this bag at home depot, it's heavy duty I just put the roll's in lift it chest high and drop it on some carpet I have in the garage 3 or 4 times then pore it out on my bench pick out the papers and start searching. Almost every roll is busted open and the few that aren't just fall apart when you pick them up. SOOO I'd like to name this technic the D. da O. omega B. bomb because this technic is da bomb. Thanks Omega and Merry Christmas All HH LP:skullflag:

Nice! If you don't mind, shoot me the link for that bag if you have a chance. I've ruined a few canvas bags, so I'm back to my door hinge haha. But I'd love to be able to open pennies and dimes this way again. Glad I could help! I like that D.O.B. haha

Happy Holidays !

At $3.50/pop for canvas bags, a heavier duty bag is definitely worth the investment.

the bag is in the tool dept. 2 bags, 2 sizes for $14. I take my dumps back to the bank in them they hold 2 $500 bags each. like I said I drop it on carpet over concrete so far I see no damage, there pretty stout.

How many loads have you run through it?

LOL I thought the bag idea was a joke.....might just have to try next time!

not many about ten boxes but it shows no wear and I've been carrying my dumps in them for over a year. HH

Just a thought, you should keep one for transporting coins and another for smashing. I don't think you want to have to pick up 1,000 half dollars off the ground. (I had a nice little dime spill yesterday). Best of luck to you and your method!

I also received--for the first time--my order in clear bags @ $500 each. Loomis, according to my teller, brought them in like that. All skunks. :( Hand written on bag was $500 plus an imprinted serial number--but no other identification.
