Knocked two spots off the bucket list with this one. My first Half Dollar and my first Walking Liberty. 1945 D. I found it with a short 1 hour hunt at our local ball field across the street from an old store. The store is no longer there but was open when I was a toddler (I'm 42 now, lol) and I remember getting squirt guns there for a quarter. I haven't had much time to hunt, so this was a big day for me!

Great find! I have to give it to the US Mint. They have great designs on their coins (or at least did).

Congrats on digging that Walker. :occasion14: Any hunt that produces silver is a great hunt, but it get's better when it's a big silver. :icon_thumleft:
