The merchant teller told me to bring in as much coin as I want...NO PROBLEM! Asked if I was a coin collector and I told her yes. I offered to pay any additional charges they incur selling the coin back to The Fed and she said they are not charged...This works out great because my problem lately isn't find halves but returning them...I don't have a merchant account just free personal checking.

I go to a B of A merchant teller once a week for my job and they always have boxes of pennies, dimes, whatever ready for their customers. One guy recently bought so much he hauled it out on a hand truck. They seem to be really understanding about giving and getting change.
