Bank roll coin hunting for silvers

I recently was able to have a $100 bill to spend on coin rolls to search for Silvers. I was hoping some of You could answer a couple questions that I have.
1. Are there any certain Banks to target?
2. Which coins would be easier to get?
3. Can I get $100 at a time?
I’m a Green Horn at this and would appreciate any help, knowledge, or wisdom that any of You have to offer. Thank You for any replies or help You can be in Advance
