Barber crotal n watzit on the farm

Had an hour hunt on the farm before the forth festivities. I've found a lot of nice things in the past but I finally found my first barber. Hard to believe myself! No mint mark but I'll take it. It's the only coin I found. No clad whatsoever. Found my second ever crotal bell which I'm happy with also. Other then that a bunch a brass bits that will go into the scrap bucket. Oh and if anyone can help me with the buckle hicky do. It's prob not a buckle of any sorts, just the best way of describing it. I found two separate pieces but they don't look like they fit together ...well hopefully someone can inform me thanks for looking!
