🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Base plate to a shell artillery related?

Dug it on the peachtree creek battlefield in Atlanta it’s iron has a dimple on the top in the middle and has lead all on the side it looks like rifling marks but I don’t know.

I'm going to say, no. Try cleaning it up a bit more. It's hard to tell with all the hard dirt still on it.
