llast night I joined the bazooka club.. I ordered a super mini.and and I was watching many videos on the bazooka I came across the aurora .sort of the same conceptbut made different .it looks neat just wondering if anyone here has tried one.

Yes. The AMP sluices work. (The manufacturer loaned me one to try out and write a review. I posted it here on tnet but his whole thread was later taken down because he said he would pay to be a site sponsor but then he didn't pay up.) However, you'll get more throughput with your Supermini and it's easier to set up a Bazooka...So, you win!

I have the mini (smaller than supermini) and it is AMAZING and easy to operate. You can do everything, from digging to emptying, one handed if you wanted to. It rips through material. Congrats.

thanks guys .I'm pretty stoaked

I tested the smaller of the amp sluices and let me tell ya. If you have any doubt that you will have lower flow as some point the amp is not for you. Its nearly impossible to dam up water behind the sluice because of the plenums. You can block those, if you do, the sluice does not work.

thanks duckwalk

On a semi-unrelated note, Aurora has a pretty clever bag/satchel/tote thing, called the Miner's Mule, designed to hold a couple of pans and a classifier. It has D-rings all over it so you can clip it to a backpack. I bought one at the gold show in Pomona and use it all the time.

cool
