Beach hunting and tourist attractions in North Carolina ?

My family and I are thinking of making a travel to the USA in 2 or 3 years.
I would like to know something about what tourist attractions you could recommend in North Carolina and especially what beaches you could recommend for hunting?

Any information would be appriciated !
