Welcome. It is a quartz pebble, and the innards look like they lean to being a type of jasper. I keep these when I find them.

Very nice rock find, should display well! 
It would also cut into a nice cabochon for jewelry, if you can find someone to do it but it would cost a lot more than it is intrinsically "worth".
