To me it looks like polished granite. My guess you found them near Granite Bay beach near Noosa heads. The stones have been polish and rounded by wave action over thousands of years.

When wet you can see various colour. When dried out they fade a little.

Best guess I had was "some sort of granitoid". They have been polished for about 2 weeks with 80 grit and 2 weeks with 220 grit.

Those look a lot like river rounded serpentine that I see in my area.
Could always look up some geological maps of the local area and see what the source of the rocks could be.
Yeah an identification app said serpentine too but wasn't sure. Still dunno. May have to look those maps up.
