Beautiful gift from a close friend

I stopped by to see my close friend and fellow detecting buddy tonight to give him his Indian Head penny he has been after. He had just had a stroke and will be unable to help me detect a site we have permission to hunt here in Shippensburg where Ewell and 20k Confederates camped. He was so moved he presented me with this book. I took a few photos of some of the history but was careful not to take any that revealed actual addresses so that looters don't move in. Check it out! Now I have even more areas between here and Chambersburg to hunt for!

Thank you TNGUNS! This area is hard to recognize from these photos in this book. I know the locations but this town is bulldozer and build happy. Hard to spot some of the places in the book.
