Hope everyone is out swinging! I managed two quick hunts, yesterday after work and this morning with @eastcoasthunter. Yesterday was a local park, so clad galore. I did pull a bunch of wheats and got this elaborate silver ring with green gem:

And this morning hit the woods in search of some colonial, not much luck for me but wait for EastCoastHunter's post (hopefully he'll post soon).

I managed 6 old buttons, buckles, an Indian, and 36 Merc.

Hopefully I'll be out again soon, happy hunting TN!

I hope to get out as soon as this dreadful rain stops here.THE OTHER DAY i did find a 1956 Wheat penny.

I like the ring. I cant seem to get over an old ring with a stone in it. Found plenty older signets though

The title says it all, what a super hunt.

Hello Bart, nice to see the B.O.B.s are active. That's an awesome ring. Had fun digging with you in PA.

Great ring, I hope someone can chime in with some expert knowledge. Anyway, cheers buddy, nice digs.

Loco, great meeting you in PA as well. I see you're getting your coil over some nice targets! If you're ever this way let us know!

The ring is nice. What's up with the little man is it part of a toy?

Congrats on a stunning ring! I would be ecstatic to find a beauty like that. Also, your little lead figure is a Barclay "Sledder", circa 1935- early 1950's. He rode on top of a separate sled and was often used in Christmas dioramas. I have a few still. Sub 8-)
