Just saw this on the news, wife and I were discussing how humiliating to the theif!

Similar to being placed in stocks in the ole Towne Square.

This, and placing the names of Johns in Newspapers that picked up on hooker raids...

Or publicly listing the names and addresses of sexual predators...

This type of public display punishment does not overburden governmental costs and is probably more effective.

Hurray for the Judges with good common sense of justice.
