It's been a while since I've been here. Shocked to see one of the regs gone. Rich...will miss ya. RIP.

Did a little bankhopping today after an 18 month hiatus. Picked up 800 plus in bagged halves from a couple of banks. Tellers all smiled and asked where the donuts were. LOL!

Pulled 16 40's...3-'66's, 5-'67s and 8-'68s
Also pulled 6-'64s, a '57 Frankie and a '41D Walker that's been gold plated. Near as I can figure it's about 5.25 oz of bling. Woohoo! Might have to start doing this full-time again!

Hello, I have only been around for about 3 months so we obviously wouldnt know each other... Im Chris. Nice to meet ya, nice finds today.
So when you say "full-time" do you mean that is what your "full-time" job, career, income etc.. consisted of?

If so, I would love to hear about it, how long were you doing this "full time" and how "lucrative" was it for you? Why did you stop etc.?

Welcome back! Good numbers there, congratulations.
Rich's passing was a hard blow. He was a real original, a good guy -- genuine and encouraging to all the folks who came along. As good as the site is, it is hard to replace a personality like him.

Nice to meet you rockdoc. When I said "full-time" I meant doing it daily. I used to CRH daily. Some days were good. Some weren't. You know how it goes. LOL. How lucrative? Pretty lucrative for the most part. Can't beat finding silver at face! Woohoo! But it's been my experience that CRH is cyclic. More skunks than I care to remember. Lots and lots of searching thru other people's dumps. Hit some good finds. Filled a Franklin book. Still working on a long set of Walkers. Best day was 5.12 lbs of bling. I posted it on here with pics. Found an 1858-O Seated Lib my first month out. Loved it as a hobby. Liked ordering boxes. Loved bankhopping. Just something about finding silver that still gives me a rush!

Coolpix...LJ is doing great. Still going to school. I'm lucky she retired...otherwise there'd be no silver within a 300 mile radius. Her system is still viable and if I do get back into it full-time it'll be the blueprint I use to pull in the bling. She's getting close to finishing school. Still healthy. Still looks the same. Doing very well. I'll tell her you asked about her and I'm sure she'll be telling me to come back and tell ya hi and keep pulling! And good luck. I haven't told her about Rich but I'll see her this weekend. I'm sure she'll be upset. She thought of the old regs as dear friends.
