It's the cutest little bell! Reminds me of a cow bell or a bell from holiday Xmas tack but so adorably small!

Yes, it is Soo cute! My very thoughts when I dug it up.

It's in the pattern of a type of cow or sheep bell. However, its thin top ring suggests it was designed more for decorative use than as a working bell. The ring would wear through fairly quickly with an animal's movements.

That a cowboy bell, they attach the bell to they saddle search, the cow get used to sound so when the cowboy ride up in light or darkness the cow hear the bell and don`t get spooked. Good find. Sign Hunter

Looks like a bell used for fishing. It's attached to the tip of the pole and when a fish bites it dings.
