Best back ground color for picture posting?

I've seen posted here before that some back ground colors will make the pictures of your coin finds your posting look blurry. Which is the best color so they'll be clear? HH

From what I understand, some shades of red throw off the auto-focus on some cameras. I use blue or black with fairly good results.
