Today Richard and I got out for about 3 hours at our river dump. We started by clearing a lot of brush and making an are we could work on that was stable. Once we got to an area that we could start pulling some bottle out, we started digging about 5 feet from each other. We got down about 4 feet and started hitting some blank medicines, and sodas but nothing good was coming out. So Richard decides to to start work towards my hole, and instantly started finding bottles. he pulled out the quart Lucas brothers and I was really excited because I collect Lucas brothers bottles! And I don't have that one! Then I pulled out the blob top James H Holmes! We haven't found a blob top in a while, so we were really happy with that! The coke is a 1915, which aren't that common also! We had a good day and will definitely be going back tomorrow!

Nice job on the glass. Never get tired of looking at old glass.

Those are some really nice bottles. bet there are more good ones in the area.

Cool buddy. I'm past picking up the clear stubbies. These days I only pick up the green stubs. I have some from Montana, North Dakota etc. Any day that I find a cool old bottle or marble, is just as good as finding a nice old coin. :icon_thumright:

Those are some great looking bottles. We don't find them like that very often. They usually come in 50 pieces each !

Nice old bottles, always love the corked ones.
