best day ever.

first sale of the day there was jewelry. was having a hard time seeing any markings in the low light and though plastic bags. the woman running the sale told me that's all costume jewelry, you wont find any gold or silver in there. i saw what i thought was a taxco Mexico stamp, (ended up being alpaca)
took a chance on 5 items for 5 bucks hopping for silver or gold filled.
ended up looking at it better latter in the day,
the silver bracelet is 900 coin silver (tested) 78 grams.
the gold is 60 grams 18k bracelet and 14k charm.
the other 3 items were junk.
at another sale got some vintage RayBan aviator sun glasses for 3 bucks should be good for $50 to 100.
it's out there if you look for it.

Thanks, I just did the scrap math.
$2060 on the gold and 70 bucks on the silver.
Thats before refiner or eBay takes there chunk.
also i just got my new IPad today, paid for with eBay cash.
I am using it now and love it.

i think the gold will be going to the refiner as i don't like the idea of 2000 grand plus on ebay, to many Scammers out there.

it's funny, the next day i could not find anything worth buying at 20+ sales.
it's been real hot and cold at the sales lately.
i did sell the ray bans i found for 102 bucks today, that helps with the gas money.
