Hi guys.
I'm just waiting for me new E-trac to arrive and, when it does it will be cold and rainy
so, I will not be able to play with it much.
How about some of you guys who have had yours for a while tell us about your best E-trac finds.
Thank you hh
dan

My best is probably my 1928 Standing Liberty Quarter from 8" in a "hunted out" park.

slq_2009.png

The real treasure is how easy it is to use, and how well it works. So far this year I've already beat my last year's total on silver. I'm wiser now though, so I've been hunting areas that SHOULD produce instead of ones that have no chance in hell. That's probably got a lot to do with it.

OMG :o Those are great!!!
I am drooling over here.
How deep did you find them?
Was it an old local hunted out park?
I have lots of them here. And, I have the Chautauqua Institute that I can hunt.
That is very old and lots of rich people for well over century.
I can not wait to go there and try.
Thank you for showing any details would be great to read and enjoy.

I found this 1924 D while using my bud's etrac. I hadnt bought one yet and was checking it out to see if I wanted one. Well this sealed the deal for me. This is just one of about 80 silvers I have found in the last 6 months. TMAN...

My first 1800's coin with the E-Trac found on April 1st (no foolin'). Got the Trac in mid Feb. and just starting to get the hang of it. This was the second signal I dug in this particular yard that day. Got my first Merc. there last year with the SE.

I've only had the E-trac for a short time, but today found a 1905s Barber Dime and a sterling silver thimble in a "hunted out" park. This was my fourth hunt with the detector.

Now I will dig all 12/30

The best I've found so far is this 1908 dime and in great shape, I'm still learning. Charlie

Ok
I got really lucky yesterday and got a 188 year old coin
it's a farthing and had to have been dropped in like 1821 or 1822 at the lastest.
the house was only a 100 years old or so but, the graveyard across the street had stones dating back into the 1820's so I think someone must have been there and lost it.
The graveyard is like 10 yards from the road and the house is like 3 yards tops from the road so the entire thing is like 20 yards tops from the front porch.

dan

Dan I dont remember but I would guess they were in the mid 20s.

the class ring is the oldest one Ive ever found.

Thanks,
Neil

your gonna enjoy the etrac, great machine, especiallly the auto sens and menu setup, good luck with it!

Some silver with the E-trac, and it looks like i will be digging more 20's & 30's on the Co scale. This thing is a deeeeep seeker, and I'm looking at getting a sampson digger or maybe just modify my little sharpshooter :icon_scratch:
