Best Hunt Ever!!!!

I went out today with a buddy of mine and had the best day I've ever had relic hunting. We had been hunting for a couple minutes and we stopped to show each other what we had found which at the time was a gardener and a piece of brass. Then we were about 15 feet apart when I got a great signal I told him I have a really good signal here, and dug around it flipped the plug and I couldnt believe my eyes there was a plate sitting there. My first plate ever! Can anyone ID the belt plate?
