Best Price on Silver Umax?

I'm new to the forum and MDing. I have decided to go with a Tesoro Silver Umax for my first MD after tons of research and numerous recommendations. I know most companies have MAP prices that online stores have to abide by. So I was wondering if there might be a place you Tesoro fans may know of that has the best prices. I would be interested in demo and reconditioned models as well. By the way, I live in North Eastern Kentucky and I am right on the border of Ohio and West Virginia, so are there any good shops in that area?

You should check the advertisements in the treasure magazines and the yellow pages for local dealers. Beware of the online sellers that offer you many "free goodies" and you still have to pay shipping to boot. Some will ship to you for free.

I like to carry my new detector home myself and having peace of mind that some UPS dude tossing my expensive toy around so I never know it isn't working like it was designed.
