Best way to clean your cons for fines? Miller table, blue bowl clean up sluice, other

Dealing with super heavy concentrates of black sand almost like clay. What have you used and what works best?
Ive heard of a gold cube but theres hardly any videos on it. Blue bowl seems to take days? Miller table looks smooth and easy?
Or maybe I should say hell with fines?

I mostly use a pan.I have a martin water table but seldom use it.I only use it to ensure what has been panned is in fact clean.
