Did i read someplace on the forum that there was some bicentennial 40% ers that are not proofs.I have one that i would swear is silver but not a proof...my red book doesnt list anything though...thanks jon

Yes they did. In fact your Red Book should list them. It is possible they are on the same line. One price under MS and one under Proof. The MS price is for the "Business Strike"
