I had a run up to the mountains today and on the way up in clear creek canyon I saw these Rocky Mountain big horn sheep having their morning breakfast. The one big ram looked at me like, what the heck is it you want. Not as much snow in the higher elevation as I was thinking there'd be, which made getting up and back a breeze.

On this day last year I ran up west of Laramie Wyoming to a new quarry start up and it was definitely a wintery day up there on that trip. The wind was howling up there on that day which was on a Thursday.

Thanks for sharing the photos. I really like the mountain photo.

Now that looks good, now you just need some tortillas and hot sauce.

Good pictures to by the way.

Nice! That ram would score pretty good.

Yeah he would, So many petroglyphs across the western states of Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Nevada and California depict the mountain sheep. They must have been quite revered by the native peoples? Also they look really meaty and maybe a stable food source.

Great Shots!:hello2:

Thank you for sharing! :occasion14:

Great job, tamrock! All 4 of those would look nice framed and hanging on the wall!

Nice ram.....!!!! Got some pics of our local rams taken with a handheld but I lost them when Photobucket took our pics and wanted a ransom. Think I may be able to find them hopefully and I'll get them posted up?

Amazing I wish I was so lucky
