BIG OLD SILVER!

Went back to an old baseball field today where I have been finding silver on every trip. Today I found 4 more! Got a solid coin signal about 5 inches down. After the plug was dug, the signal was squealing even louder and was almost positive it was a silver dime. Probed the signal, lifted a chunk, I see a nice silver rim. Could have sworn it was a barber quarter, after seeing the stars. Pulled it out and was staring at something much larger....A 1902 "O" BARBER HALF. This is my first and boy it's a beauty! Found 2 more silver dimes and a silver washington. What a day happy hunting!

Ive only found 2 of those in my 10yrs of detecting, one lost the day it was minted, and one worn down to nothing. I keep a journal of everything I find, when, where, & of course what. ....you may want to jot this hunt down.
