Hit the beach for low tide and found the 48 quarter and the 46 rosie. Decided to hit a recently demolished farm and found this beauty 1887 50 centavos Mo M 902.7 coin. It has just made my all time favorite coin found.

It also tells a story. Of why I kind of stopped most of my beach hunting. I got some wonderful silver coins out of the water. But, look at how corroded they can come out. Yet, find a nice silver coin like this is the soil and it usually is just a shining up at ya from the hole. So much cleaner! (Yeah. I know, some soils tear them up too. :dontknow Just a personal preference, that's all.)

Great finds!

HH!
