Big round stone

I found this a few years ago , in an area where I have picked up some Indian artifacts. It is a very heavy stone , just a little bigger than a baseball , and it has a flat spot on the bottom , looks like they used it to hammer on something .

Sure looks like a hammer, It may have also been a game stone.
