Big silver stamp?

Cleaned out my trash bucket yesterday that i dump better junk in for scrap.Scraped this thing to see what metal was and gunk fell off reveling shinny silver.It was encased in iron and ash.Probably from one of the demo sites in past few weeks.It is not lead,not steal or stainless steel.Shinny silver.Hard medal.And where it is cracked is same metal all the way threw.It has 4 big stars and 2 over lapping C like patterns on big part.And big star with flower like pattern on top.May be pewter.No idea.I cannot get some of the ash off.Very neat thing what ever it is.

Looks a bit too utilitarian to be made of silver - obviously just an opinion , I hope it is !

Looks to be untilitarian, probably made out of lead, silver does not normally tarnish, or corrode, unless in saltwater. Nice find, looks to be old.

I think it is pewter.to hard for lead, but shinny when scratched
