Big thumbs up to Fisher labs

[CASPER-2]

sent two machines out to them last week for minor repairs (no fault of theirs - Im rough on machines)
got them back this week - Felix and his team took care of me and were easy on my wallet too
Ive heard nightmare stories of users of other brands - taking up to 3 months to get a machine back
years ago I sent one in to Fisher and they took care of me just as fast and efficiently as they did this time
sign of a good product and good people behind the product

I've had to send a machine back twice, and was more than pleased with the service and cost both times.

I've heard bad "stories" too, but I know for fact, a fellow here in Nova scotia, Canada, sent one to Texas, with all that distance, the fixing, and can. customs, it was back in his hands in under 2 weeks... how in the heck could it be any faster ?

I guess some people do expect the world to revolve around them. and that is probably the reason behind most of any negative comments, for example; I sent them 5 emails (in an hour, (probably)) and didn't get a reply in 15 seconds
...like they only have one customer.

Good post Casper. Good to share these things and not take them for granted. There machines speak for themselves and now it sounds like they've got the other important part down as well

Fisher also has one of the best warranties.....5 years compared to 2 years to most other brands....Guess they stand behind their products with a warranty like that!
