Here is a nice older badge for this company. 1888 is when this company was started. Maybe this could be a rare badge.

Here's what they had on your badge... Gary

"Headbadge is off the Backbone of a Warwick, made in England, high wheel bicycle.
Goold was the distributor/importer. Warwick the brand/maker.
Guesstimate ... ca 1886. Goold was in Brantford and eventually became one of the original CCM conglomerate. About 1889 they gave up the Goold name and went to BRANTFORD BICYCLE.
One original Warwick sold at MILLER & MILLER AUCTIONS.
