BIN then wait to pay???

Doesn't Ebay have a thing that if you use the BIN feature you have to also pay for it now? I had a buyer ask me about the gold watch I put up. Literally, like within 10 mins of getting it up. We went back and forth several times with him asking me questions. He finally asks if I will make a BIN. Yeah, and he buys it. then he doesn't pay. I want to ship this out ASAP.

Can I also shout this out?? I sold one of those gold watches for $500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy! jumping for joy! I needed that money so bad!

Yes, you can require immediate payment with paypal when listing a BIN item. There is a box to check.

Yes, there is an option you can click when putting in your BIN price that will make it to where the BIN can only be completed if they pay right then. If you don't select that option , they don't have to pay right away. Ill have people hit BIN and wait several days to pay.

Well, considering I paid $40 for the jar, and I still have another sitting on Ebay right now ... nah, not to shabby at all!
