Because of a Change in Streets,
& I've never Been in Black Heath.
My Uneducated guess/hunch

there was allot of Mining in this Area. most likely the reason for Streets
to Have Changed Positions.
It appears they worked around the school If I
nailed it's position on the 1938 Aerial
