Found this blank CENT planchette yesterday in one of my odds & ends coin bins. I assume it's a cent blank (both sides). I still need to weigh it to see if it's copper or zinc. Will post weight when avail.
Does it have any VALUE, other than 1-cent [emoji1]

$2 with rim & $4 without rim, copper or zinc matters.

Yours is a Type 2 (with rim).
It seems to have the appearance of a solid copper planchet.
(BTW- Zinc planchets have the rim prior to receiving the copper plating.)
