Blank tool spall?

Ok..I am still on the fence on if these are artifacts or not....(prolly creek damage)The only reason that I brought them home is that they would make great tools with little effort on my part.On the drive home I got to wonderin if thats what they were...Tool blanks..

Easy scraper or gouge,great thickness and strength

This one has knife,scraper,and such written all over it.
