I was given this specimen of Quarts with this blue in one point... What makes that Blueness Does the blue have a name? Thank you!!!

I am not an expert, and I'm going to say I'm not sure what it is making the blue color, but I will tell you I have a crystal point with a chloride phantom that has a similar color to that.
