Presses have always been a decent moneymaker (for me) if you know what you are looking at. Single stage/ram presses are always popular while the super complex MEC's can sometimes sell for not that much. Prices depend heavily if they include charge bars, bushing and powder/shot bottles. They are still available but not cheap. Depending on how much you paid for the press, a bottle might run you 25% of the purchase price.

Older presses like Herters, SAECO, Pacific, C&H, Lyman, etc can be rebuilt with modern parts since most of the companies that exploded after RCBS were bought up and parts were pretty much standardized. I love finding a small work area in the garage full of reloading stuff that nobody is bothering with. I guess its a bonus to living in CA where the bulk of people (in my area) think guns are "icky" lol. I load it all up and start selling it asap.

If i can upgrade my personal equipment, i do and then sell the piece that was downgraded. The fun never ends

Very nice finds, congrats on the purchases/resale of these presses. :icon_thumleft:

At my house in California we adopt all of those Icky Guns
