Here is the haul from day 3 of the New Hampshire hunt. The morning started out slow with a very trashy site, after managing to ground balance we found a 1950 wheat cent. We decided to go back to a site from the first day and try a different cellar hole. After a long hike, during which my wife found 2 clad quarters, we made it to the site.
This being the site most others hunted hard the first day we were skeptical, but I managed to find 3 flat buttons, my wife found a nice medium size flat button and part of a shoe buckle.
I also wanted to note one of my buttons was located in a large chunk of frozen ground. It made for a nice picture but not so nice excavation.
