Found this broken piece of what I believe to be iron ore in Northern Minnesota.
Just wondering what it may be. Nothing or something?

JAR? Hummm. Maybe and then again maybe not. Have some very knowledgeable people checking to confirm . The rock its self is magnetic except where there appears to be bone. Can you say Agatized Bone?

Limestone can be magnetic.
