Hit the ICW in Madeira Beach for a couple of hours today-

Nothing spectacular, but I was outside and did not succumb to the Black Friday madness and insanity.

BTW- it was 82F today.

Sea turtle skull from the looks of it

Now, there's an interesting, mysterious find ,G.I.B

I'm with SPECTRUM on the ID of this item.

Might wanna check into the laws concerning that skull IF any...
Not sure if it may be or could be an issue.

I know they are protected... but not sure about "parts" found such as a skull like that...
I too have found a few over the years...
But leave em lay.
I have seen all kinds of skulls over the years... even a couple of eagle skulls...
Which I did not touch beings I know that even having a feather is illegal unless your are Native American.

Yeah, I've never understood it either. Eagle tastes a lot like Manatee and this Loggerhead turtle was a lot tougher than chicken...

BTW, I was born here- that makes me Native American.
