Book Marking Favorite Post

Can someone tell me if there is a way to save favorite post like book marking them? I see things such as maps of wrecks and other things that I would like to save as I read. It would be nice to have a way to save them for future reference. Please let me know if there is and if not is there a way to make it happen?
