nice find. if it could be one of the 1th out , maybe some bucks there. is there a page messing? were the date could have been?

Uncle Tom's Cabin was written as a serial and began appearing in the anti-slavery journal, the National Era, in 1851.
(In spite of the 1853 date on the title page, the book was actually published in mid-December 1852, making it available for the holiday gift-buying season

Uncle Tom's Cabin is one of the most famous and read books, not only in United States but also worldwide. Its author xrote the book after the appearance, in 1850, of a legislative document in which it was stated that fugitive slaves should be denouced.

"Uncle Tom's Cabin" (2 vols.), by Harriet Beecher Stowe, 1852-$7,500,
Nice price but in reality ebay just sold a two volume set for 355.00
