7”h., MCK GIII-2 , type 1,pure olive ( black in reflected light), flared lip, heavy fluted shoulder with sunburst in diamonds , pontil scar; Mount Vernon Glass works, Mount Vernon, NY, c.1820’s, other than an insignificant pin-head sized flake on the shoulder, mentioned for accuracy, the bottle is otherwise mint. Beautiful impression and pure olive color, text book Mount Vernon!
