Bottle what is it?

Waiting for post 4th to MD again.
In the mean time I thought I'll share some other things I collect.
Anyone knows what this bottle is? My research came up with a carry around wine bottle from 1800s

i think the bottle down at the bottom is a shakesspear bottle. that all i got for now, show the bottem of the bottle.

The bottle at the top is a decanter from 1950's.

That is definitely a wine server, the conical piece on the side is the giveaway.

Whether or not it is old is another story. That ruffly style has been produced recently in Mexican glass and by the Chinese, mid century it was produced in Italy (probably what you have), and earlier still in the 19th century by some American glassmakers.

My vote is circa 1950s Italian made wine server.
