The first bottles a Hutchinsons Stopper, patented 1879. The second soda looks like a crown top.

The blob top has some increased value with the large bubble in the neck.

I don't think the first bottle is a Hutch, it is a blob-top soda, which pre-dates the Hutchinson soda type closure. Here is a pic of a Hutch with its closure.
